Why a cohort?
We use a year-long cohort format because developing volunteer mentors is a process. It is not a quick fix. We will not only equip you step by step with practical tools and a new framework of thinking but we will walk alongside you in your journey. You will also be connected to other ministry leaders on the same path.
Cohort format:
- Year in length
- Monthly cohort session
- Monthly individual meeting
