Mentor Coach Cohorts

We help ministry leaders to be Mentor Coaches and equip them in developing their own long-term volunteer mentors. 

We use a year long cohort format (in-person and virtual) because developing mentors is a process. It is not a quick fix. We walk alongside leaders through the joys and challenges of developing mentors.
